Northern Linens is a wholesale manufacturer of bedding and home textiles for businesses across Canada and the United States. We control production from yarn acquisition through finished packaging, then ship from our own warehouses in both countries, so hotels, healthcare facilities, retailers, and distributors get the same quality on every order.
Our Story
Built Around One Idea - Consistency
Northern Linens started as a manufacturer, not a distributor. That distinction shapes everything we do. Because we make the goods ourselves, we control thread count, sizing, and finish from the first order to the fiftieth, instead of reselling whatever a factory overseas happens to have in stock that month.
Based in Whitby, Ontario, we work with hotels, care facilities, retailers, and distributors across North America who have all had the same experience: an order that looked identical to the last one, until it wasn’t. A slightly different white, a seam that sat wrong, a delivery date that slipped by weeks. We built our production and warehousing around removing that risk, not working around it after the fact.

A hotel bed gets stripped and remade every single day. Our fitted sheets are built for that: reinforced corner elastics and a deeper pocket that stays put on a mattress with a topper or a protector layered underneath, instead of working loose after the third wash.
The same standard carries into healthcare and long-term care settings, where bedding goes through commercial laundering far more often than anything sold at retail. Products are engineered to hold their shape, colour, and fit through that cycle, not just survive it once.
