Yes, and it is meant to. Linen is specified by properties that want a relaxed bed rather than a pressed one. If your rooms are styled to look crisp and uniform, our percale is the better fit and we will say so.
It is crisp for the first few weeks, then it softens and keeps softening. Most properties wash new stock several times before it goes into rooms. Ask for a sample and wash it a few times before judging it.
Cotton is smooth from the first night and slowly wears down. Linen starts textured and improves instead. Linen also needs no pressing, where cotton looks better with it.
Yes. Labels, care labels, packaging and barcodes are made to your artwork. The details we agree on stay on file, so a second run matches the first without sampling again.
