For Hotels, Retailers, and Care Facilities

Wholesale Bedding and Home Textiles

We manufacture bed linen sets, towels, and guest room textiles, then ship them in bulk from our warehouses in Canada and the United States.

Made in our own facility

Bulk Bedding, Built To Your Specifications

We produce bed linen sets, comforters, duvets, pillows, and decorative cushions in volume, then hold stock on both sides of the border so orders ship without a long wait. Because the goods are made in house, thread count, sizing, stitching, and packaging are all set to what your business runs on rather than what a catalogue happens to offer.

  • Sheet sets, duvet covers, and pillowcases across several thread counts
  • Private label runs with your branding, labels, and retail packaging
  • OEKO-TEX certified fabrics, tested for harmful substances
  • Flexible minimum order quantities that suit one property or a hundred
What we offer in wholesale

One Supplier For Everything A Room Needs.

Bedding is usually the biggest line on the order, but it is rarely the only one. We also supply bath towels, kitchen aprons, table linen, drapes, and hangers, which means fewer purchase orders to raise and fewer suppliers to chase when something is short.

Stock is held at warehouses across Canada and the United States. Orders are picked and dispatched from the site closest to you, so freight costs stay down and delivery windows stay short.

Nothing leaves without an inspection. Stitching, dimensions, and colour are checked against the same reference used for your original order, which is why a room refreshed in year three still matches the one set up in year one.

Our Products

Every category below is stocked for volume orders, with core bedding lines produced in our own facility. Standard sizes run from twin through king, including twin XL.

Private Label

Sell It Under Your Own Name

Retailers and home brands come to us when they want a product line without running a factory. Fabric sourcing, production, quality checks, labelling, and retail-ready packaging are handled here. Your name is the one on the finished item. Runs start small enough to test a new range and scale once it sells. You set the colours, sizes, trims, thread counts, and barcodes, and the spec sheet stays on file so the second run matches the first without a fresh round of sampling.
Stock And Delivery

Core Lines Are Shipped From Stock

Long lead times are the usual reason a property runs short. We keep a stock of our core lines like sheet sets, towels, pillows, and duvets. While stocked items leave in days, specialty sizes and custom runs are made to order, and a firm date is confirmed before the order is accepted.

For new builds and phased refits, we agree the delivery schedule up front and ship to match your dates. Repeat orders can run on a set cycle, so fresh linen arrives before housekeeping has to ask for it.

Why Buyers Move Their Order To Us

The Same Bedding, Order After Order

Most suppliers get the first shipment right. The trouble shows up on the third and fourth, when a slightly different white or an extra half inch of shrinkage means the room no longer looks the way it did at handover. We make our own goods and keep your approved spec on record, so what arrives next season matches what you signed off on this one.

Who We Supply

Made For Hospitality

Hotels, resorts, and short-term rental operators make up the largest share of our order book. Those rooms are stripped and remade daily, washed hot, dried hard, and judged by guests instantly. It is a harder test than anything domestic bedding ever faces.

Fabric is chosen for how it survives industrial laundering, not for how it feels in a showroom. Sheets are cut with deeper pockets, because hotel mattresses run 12 to 20 inches thick before anyone adds a topper.

Industries We Serve

In Their Words

What Procurement and Housekeeping Teams Say

The notes below come from the people who place the orders and the people who live with them, including housekeeping directors, purchasing leads, and owners running several properties at once.

"We rolled out new sheets across 112 rooms in two phases, four months apart. The second batch matched the first exactly, so housekeeping never had to sort by shade. That sounds like a small thing until you have done it the other way."

Marisa Cole Director of Housekeeping, [Hotel Group], Toronto, ON

"Our previous supplier quoted ten weeks and delivered in fourteen. Northern Linens shipped from their Ontario warehouse in six days. Most of our standing linen order has moved across since."

Daniel Okafor Purchasing Manager, [Resort Name], Mississauga, ON

"We manage 340 short-term rental units, so we reorder constantly and in odd quantities. They let us buy what we actually need instead of forcing full pallets, and the towels are still holding colour after a year of hot washes."

Priya Raman Operations Lead, [Property Management Company], Vancouver, BC

Questions We Get Most

What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the item and whether it is a stocked line or a custom run. Stocked products can be bought by the carton, which suits a single property trying us out. Custom and private label production carries a higher minimum. Send us the list and exact numbers come back with the quote.

Stocked items shipped from our Canadian and US warehouses usually arrive within a few business days. Custom production takes longer, and a firm date is confirmed before the order is accepted rather than after.

In most cases, yes. Send a sample or your current spec sheet and we will match fabric weight, thread count, size, and finish as closely as the material allows. That record is kept on file and used for every reorder.

Our fabrics are OEKO-TEX certified, meaning they have been tested for harmful substances. Certification documents are supplied with the order whenever your compliance team needs them on file.

Hotels, resorts, short-term rentals, long-term care and healthcare facilities, restaurants, student housing, retailers, and distributors across Canada and the United States.

Yes, and we would rather you did. Samples are sent out so you can wash them, dry them, and put them on a bed before signing anything. Hand feel tells you very little about how a sheet behaves after ten or fifteen industrial wash cycles.
